General Aims
Acting within the spirit of tolerance which underpins understanding among the people of the region and specifically in the field of cultural exchange, the Association has the following general aims:
- • to facilitate the exchange of experience and learning
- • to foster the mobility of the university community as a support of increased knowledge of languages and cultures
- • organisation of forums to study and debate questions of regional nature
- • to cooperate with local authorities, NGOs, international institutions, etc., with the aim to promote the development of the Carpathian region
